AEP Ohio says I-270 will be closed about a half-mile north of the Roberts Road exit. Installations will be along the north side of Scioto Darby Creek Road in Hilliard.
The rolling roadblocks will happen in 15-minute intervals while crews make upgrades to the power grid. Drivers will be notified by signage and state and local police will be nearby to direct traffic.
