COLUMBUS, Ohio — The ramp of Interstate 70 East to I-71 North near downtown Columbus has reopened after it was closed due to a jackknifed semitruck.
Around 4:15 a.m., the Columbus Division of Police said the semi crashed into a guardrail. No one was reportedly injured.
