COLUMBUS, Ohio — The left lane of Interstate 71 northbound near Morse Road in north Columbus is back open Thursday morning after it was closed for several hours due to high water.
The Columbus area could see half an inch to an inch of rain by the end of the day so roads will be wet and high water could continue to be an issue.
The Ohio Department of Transportation said there was also high water on I-71 near 11th Avenue.
