Remains of man missing since July 2020 found in southern Ohio

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio — A man who was reported missing nearly three years ago has been found dead.

The Ohio Attorney General's Office said on Monday that Koby Roush's remains were found earlier this month.

The Perry County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating the case of a missing man.

According to the Ohio Attorney General's Office Missing Persons database, 24-year-old Koby Roush has been missing since July 5.

His vehicle was later found abandoned in Gallia County.

The Perry County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating the case along with the Gallia County Sheriff's Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. 

Roush is 6-feet 2-inches tall, weighs 205 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
