COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Weather Impact Day was declared for Thursday due to the wind and rain potential currently moving into Central Ohio.

Many central Ohioans were out trick-or-treating right as the best chance for showers and some thunder moved in.

A cold front will make its way through central Ohio late Thursday and into Thursday night. While we will experience unseasonably warm (and near record-breaking) temperatures ahead of the front, that will change later this week after this cold front pushes through.

We should look to dry out for Friday, with cooler air moving back in for the start of the weekend. The temperature will return to the 70s by Sunday.
