Police: 2 girls missing from southwest Columbus found safe

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two girls who were believed to have run away from their homes in southwest Columbus on Thursday have been found safe, police said.

Quyniah Branham, 12, and 11-year-old Reyna LeAnne Washington were last seen around 6:15 p.m. Thursday in the area of Alkire and Demorest roads. They may have been on the south side of the city, according to police.

The Missing Persons Unit had both children listed as “endangered runaways.”
