Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins said he has yet to make a decision about entering the 2019 NFL Draft.
Haskins, along with a few of his teammates, spoke with the media Friday morning ahead of the Rose Bowl.
When asked if he had any announcement to make concerning his future, Haskins said there are plenty of reasons to go and to stay.
“Just really the decision is what do I want to do at the end of the day and haven't made the decision yet. But you know, there's pros and cons that will outweigh each other with staying or leaving. I'll be fine either way. The biggest thing is what I want to do. That's what I'm trying to figure out,” he said.
In his first year as a starter, Haskins has thrown for 4,580 yards and 47 touchdowns.
Experts have ranked Haskins as the top eligible quarterback for the draft after Oregon’s Justin Herbert announced he would be returning for his senior year.
“I talk to my teammates about it all the time, come back, win the National Championship, win the Heisman Trophy and always great things to think about. A lot on my mind now,” Haskins said.
Offensive lineman Michael Jordan also said he hadn't given it much thought about leaving this year for the NFL.
Defensive lineman Dre'Mont Jones and running back Mike Weber both announced they would be entering the draft after the Rose Bowl.
