Columbus Crew unveils new primary jerseys for 2024 season

The design of the jerseys were inspired by the buildings in the neighborhood that surround Lower.com Field — Astor Park.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Crew unveiled its new primary jersey on Friday.

"The Home Kit" jerseys from adidas are all yellow with a large, black zigzag pattern across the front.
The design of the jerseys were inspired by the buildings in the neighborhood that surround Lower.com Field — Astor Park.

The new neighborhood's name is derived from the Astor House, which the Crew says is an esteemed hotel in New York City where Thomas Cahill founded the United States Football Association, which later became the United States Soccer Federation in 1913.

“We are proud to launch The Home Kit, signifying a club and a city at the heart of American soccer,” said Josh Glessing, Chief of Strategy and Development at Haslam Sports Group. “The inspiration of the kit reflects that some of the most massive and iconic moments in the sport have happened in Columbus. Soccer is always at Home in Columbus and we are excited to see our team wear a kit that represents that message.”

"The Heart of American Soccer" is written on the back of the kit, which the Crew says signifies the massive moments within soccer that have happened in Columbus, including hosting the men's and women's national teams. Also on the collar of the jersey is "Todos Son Invitados," which translates to "Everyone Is Invited."

The new kit is currently available to buy at the Crew Shop located at Lower.com Field.
