COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio High School Athletic Association released the high school football regional final playoff pairings Sunday afternoon, with neutral sites hosting fourth-round games at 7 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 17.
Later this week the OHSAA will announce how the regional champions will be paired for the state semifinals on Friday, November 24.
