COLUMBUS, Ohio β Ohio State running back TreVeyon Henderson announced he will stay in Columbus for his senior year.
Henderson made the announcement on X Friday afternoon.
The junior from Virginia led the Buckeyes with 926 yards on 156 carries and scored 11 touchdowns in 2023. He also had 229 receiving yards.
In his three years with the Buckeyes, he has rushed for 2,745 yards and 37 total touchdowns.
Henderson's return is good news for Buckeye fans. Running back Miyan Williams declared for the NFL Draft shortly after the regular season ended and Chip Trayanum entered the transfer portal.
The Buckeyes also acquired former Ole Miss running back Quinshon Judkins through the transfer portal. Dallan Hayden, a junior, could also see an increase in usage.
