COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State Buckeyes will play in their second Top 10 matchup of the season when Penn State comes to Ohio Stadium on Saturday.
The seventh-ranked Nittany Lions haven't beaten the Buckeyes in Columbus in more than a decade. Penn State's last win over Ohio State was in 2016.
Each of the last six games between the two programs has been decided by an average of eight points. The Buckeyes overcame fourth-quarter deficits in 2017, 2018 and 2022 to hand Penn State hard-to-swallow losses.
In last season’s game, Ohio State’s J.T. Tuimoloau intercepted two passes and returned one for a touchdown to cap the Buckeyes' comeback. Penn State has won 11 in a row since then.

No. 3 Ohio State comes into Saturday's matchup after defeating Purdue 41-7 last week in West Lafayette.
The Buckeyes defense has only allowed 58 points all season. Now Ohio State's offense is starting to show some mettle. Despite all the injuries, the Buckeyes seem to be kicking it into high gear, outscoring opponents 68-14 over the last three halves.
