COLUMBUS, Ohio — It's a pirate's life for The Best Damn Band in the Land as they sailed across the 'Shoe Saturday for their halftime performance.

The Ohio State Marching Band played songs from soundtracks of "The Pirates of the Caribbean" movies and brought fans on a journey through the sea — complete with ships, sword fights and sea shanties.

The performance, dubbed "Pirates of the 'Shoe," included a scene with the popular villain, Davy Jones.
