COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State linebacker Tommy Eichenberg is returning to the Buckeyes for a fifth season.
The Cleveland-native made the announcement on his Instagram page Thursday afternoon.
"After a lot of consideration and thought, I've decided to return for a final season at Ohio State. Back to work. Go Bucks."
This past season, Eichenberg led Ohio State with 120 tackles and 12 tackles-for-loss. He also had 2.5 sacks and one interception he returned for a touchdown.
He was selected as a second team All-American by five different organizations: Walter Camp Foundation, CBS Sports, Football Writers Association of America, Associated Press and The Sporting News.
