COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr. was named the Big Ten conference's best offensive player and wide receiver of the year on Wednesday.
The conference announced Harrison Jr. was voted as the Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year and the Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year.
The wide receiver, who will likely opt for the NFL Draft next year, led the Buckeyes in receiving yards, receptions and touchdowns in 2022 and 2023. This is the second straight year he won the Richter-Howard award.
Harrison Jr. also set a record this year by becoming the first Buckeye in program history to have 15 100-yard receiving games.
For the second straight year, Harrison Jr. was named a finalist for the Biletnikoff award, which is given to the nation's top receiver each year. He is tied for first with in receiving touchdowns (14) and 9th in yards (1,211).
