COLUMBUS, Ohio — The former Michigan football staffer at the center of an NCAA investigation into an alleged sign-stealing scheme purchased tickets to 12 different Ohio State home games in the last three seasons, according to records from the Ohio State University.
Connor Stalions resigned from the Michigan football program at the beginning of the month. He is accused of purchasing tickets to scout future Michigan opponents and sending people to those games to digitally record teams signaling in their plays.
In-person scouting is banned by the NCAA, which is trying to determine how organized the scheme was and who knew about it.
According to Ohio State ticket sale records, Stalions purchased 27 tickets to 12 Buckeye games at Ohio Stadium between the 2021 and 2023 football seasons.
Tickets purchased for 10 of the games were transferred to other people. Eight tickets, including six to the 2022 Michigan game, were sold on the secondary market.
Additionally, eight of the tickets purchased by Stalions were not scanned for entry, according to Ohio State's records.

Harbaugh was suspended by the Big Ten for the final three games of the regular season, three weeks after an investigation by the NCAA into the allegations emerged.
