COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State Buckeyes are on the road for one last time this regular season. But they aren't going to just any park.
The No. 2 Buckeyes will play the Northwestern Wildcats at historic Wrigley Field on Saturday. And it's not the first time Ohio State has played on a baseball field.

- Ohio State leads the all-time series with Northwestern with a 65-14-1 record.
- The Buckeyes have beat the Wildcats in 10 straight games since a 33-27 Northwestern win in 2004.
- Ohio State is 19-1 (Purdue, 1943) in baseball stadiums. Eleven of those games were played against Minnesota at the Metrodome.
- Ohio State and Northwestern are playing a game for the second time in this series’ history at an MLB park.
- Will Howard has completed at least 80% of his passes in five games so far this season, setting an Ohio State record.
- Jeremiah Smith has set Ohio State freshman records in receptions (45), yards (765) and touchdowns (nine). He's No. 1 nationally among freshman in all three categories.
- TreVeyon Henderson (3,333 rush yards) passed all-time great rushing QBs J.T. Barrett (3,263) and Braxton Miller (3,314) in career rushing yards last week.
- This will be Ohio State's fourth straight noon game and part of six straight noon kickoffs to close the season.
- Ohio State's red zone offense is No. 1 in the country, with a 88.2% touchdown percentage (30 of 34).
