COLUMBUS, Ohio — The death of former Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins has rattled the hearts of his teammates, friends and family.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Haskins was down in south Florida to train with his teammates on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On Saturday morning, authorities say Haskins was attempting to cross Interstate 595 on foot when he was hit by a dump truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Haskins' teammates and colleagues expressed their condolences on social media.
