Columbus police say a car hit a woman along Karl Road in North Columbus Saturday night.
Police say the driver fled the scene in a maroon Infinity G35.
The victim, 58-year-old Kathryn Ruchti, was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Karl Road was shut down between Red Robin Driver and Merton Drive while officers investigated.
