‘Tiny Rascals’ gang member indicted for Christmas Day slaying

A Franklin County grand jury indicted 18-year-old Emory Thomas Clay on seven charges, including aggravated murder and participating in a criminal gang.

A member of the so-called “Tiny Rascals Gangsters” has been indicted on multiple charges, including murder.

A Franklin County grand jury indicted 18-year-old Emory Thomas Clay on seven charges, including aggravated murder and participating in a criminal gang.

According to prosecutor Ron O’Brien, Clay intentionally ran down Houng Lamngeon, 32, with his car at the intersection of Whitehead Road and South Richardson Avenue on December 25, 2015. 

 Lamngeon was transported to Mount Carmel West where he later died.

At the time of the Hilltop incident, Clay was a member of the Tiny Rascals Gang or TRG.

He remains jailed on a $2.5 million bond.  If convicted on all charges, Clay faces life in prison.
