SWAT teams surrounded an east Columbus home Friday, looking for a murder suspect.
Officers swarmed Easthaven Drive, just south of I-70, believing Nishawn Glenn-Coulverson, 18, was inside.
Neighbors say Glenn-Coulverson ran into a woman's home when he saw police in the area. SWAT surrounded the home for a few hours before they realized the suspect was not inside.
Glenn-Coulverson is wanted for the murder of Esak Gemeraw. Police say he shot and killed Gemeraw near the intersection of Brice Road and Chatterton on March 20th, 2015.
Detectives believe Glenn-Coulverson may be connected to the murder of Jerri Glenn, 34. Glenn was shot and killed on Winter Lane Park in east Columbus on April 22, 2015.
