A Franklin County Judge order homicide no bond to alleged murder suspect Anthony Dean.
Columbus police say Dean 44-year-old Erick Bellomy found shot and killed in the 900-block of Higbee Drive South early Thursday morning.
Investigators say Bellomy and Dean are related and the shooting was the result of an attempted robbery.
Authorities say Bellomy's murder is the city's 101st homicide in south Columbus.
Anthony Dean next court date is set for October 20th.
