Customers of Southwest Airlines attempting to log onto the company's website are currently being greeted by a message requesting patience.
"We're working hard to get you where you want to be. Please do not refresh your browser. We will automatically transfer you to Southwest.com as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."
The company posted on social media that they are looking into the situation.
As a result of the outage, customers are not able to book or check-in to flights on the website.
John Glenn Columbus International Airport is not reporting any delays with Southwest flights at this time.
