Crews are still putting the finishing touches on the building’s lobby, but most of the hotel’s76 units are ready for tenants.
While the building will contain many new touches, crews said they took special pains to makesure the century-old building maintained its historic appearance.
“The building is on a historical register, so we did have to maintain a lot of historicelements,” said Stephen Macbeth, senior project manager, “primarily on the exterior of thebuilding.”
The building is scheduled to be completed in six to eight weeks, 10TV News reported.
