A Grove City police officer was placed on paid leave after he allegedly exposed himself inside adepartment store, 10TV News reported Tuesday.
Investigators said Officer Steven Howard, a 25-year veteran, exposed himself inside a Kohl'sstore, located at 1700 Morse Road, on Thursday, 10TV News reported.
Columbus police said they were notified by store security officers who saw Howard.
Howard is in charge of the Youth Services Bureau, but Grove City police officials said he didnot have direct contact with children.
