New Albany Police were working to track down a robbery suspect.
It happened Sunday around 7:30 p.m. at the Subway on Johnstown Road in New Albany.
Police said surveillance shows the suspect walking into the store.
An employee told officers the man walked up to the counter demanding cash and said he would shoot her if she looked at him.
The suspect took $10 and $20 bills from the register, then ran off.
Witnesses said the victim was driving a 1990's model black Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with chrome trim.
Police said the man was believed to be in his early 40's with long brown hair in a ponytail. He also had a mustache.
