Technicians were working to repair a small pit in the ice at Nationwide Arena before theColumbus Blue Jackets' game against Anaheim on Tuesday night.
The Blue Jackets were forced to move their morning skate after the small pit was flooded nearthe penalty box, 10TV News reported.
The pit was caused by the weekend's Disney on Ice show at the arena.

"There's a pit where when you shave the ice down, it gets stored," said Blue Jackets spokesmanTodd Sharrock. "That area flooded overnight and we found it this morning. Allindications right now indicate there will be no issues for the game tonight."
An NHL official cleared the ice for play shortly after 6 p.m.
Game time was scheduled for 7 p.m.
