The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking for a man they say is responsible for sexually assaulting eleven people.

They say they are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Steven Eugene Clifford.

He is a licensed chiropractor and acupuncturist and operated an office in Carnelian Bay, California.

They say that Clifford is responsible for sexual assaults from 1998 through 2002.

In January of 2002, he was arrested by the Placer County Sherrif's Department for sexually assaulting some of his patients, including a juvenile.

He disappeared after failing to appear for his sentencing.

Initially, he may have fled to Baja California, but could also be in France, Belgium or Canada. He could be driving a 2002 metallic tan Dodge Extended Cab OX-T truck towing a white fifth wheel camper.

He has scars on both of his lower arms and forearms from severe eczema or psoriasis and he may use dye to color his hair red or blonde. He also speaks some French.

If you have any information about where this man may be, please contact the FBI.
