McGhee Sextuplets Have 'Unforgettable' Oprah Experience

The first set of sextuplets to be born in Columbus was treated to several surprises from Oprah Winfrey. Get the story.

It was one surprise after another for a Columbus family who appeared on the Oprah show.

Mia and Rozonno McGhee and their six children were featured on Monday's show,10TV's AJ Smith reported.

The McGhee sextuplets were the first to be born in Columbus.

McGhee welcomed their six children in June.  The babies were born at The OhioState University Medical Center.

The family flew to Chicago earlier this month to tape the show and said organization was keyto traveling with six infants.

Oprah made a plea to central Ohioans to use the family's carpet cleaning service.

"She was really down to earth, she really welcomed us and made us feel comfortable," RozonnoMcGhee said. "She was like another family member."

The family had a watch party on Monday and kept some parts of the show a secret so friendsand family would be surprised.

Oprah gave the couple a honeymoon and a $250,000 gift card to Walmart.

Although the children are too young to remember, their parents said it was an experience theywill never forget.

"Amazing, simply amazing," Mia McGhee said. "It was like a dream."
