A man accused of harassing people while wearing a woman's bathing suit was ordered held Tuesdayon $10,000 bond.
Kevin Lee Miller, 41, was arrested by Sugarcreek Township police Monday night after he allegedlyapproached and verbally harassed a group of women near the Little Miami River.
Some of the women alleged that Miller exposed himself.

At the time of his arrest, Miller was wearing the women's bathing suit he donned during thealleged incidents.
Miller faces charges of public decency and menacing.
