A man who was caught inside a Target store trying to take pictures under a woman's dress wassentenced Wednesday to nearly a year in jail.
Eugene Fambro III pleaded guilty to two counts of voyeurism, 10TV News reported.
Each count carried a sentence of 180 days in jail.
Fambro was arrested on July 14 after surveillance cameras inside the Target store on East BroadStreet recorded him trying to snap pictures of a woman using a cell phone.
In addition to his sentence, a judge barred Fambro from owning a cell phone with a camera, andordered him to register as a sex offender for the next 15 years, 10TV News reported.
