A man is in life-threatening condition after colliding with an American Electric Power truck in south Columbus.
It happened Tuesday around 10:30 a.m.
Police say John Graham, 45, was driving an AEP truck down East Moler Street near City Park Avenue when Ryan Parsley, 19, ran a stop sign and smashed into the truck.
The AEP truck then smashed into a parked car.
Parsley was taken to Grant Medical Center in life-threatening condition. Police say his condition has not improved.
Graham and his passenger Cory Johnson, 19, were taken to Grant Medical Center for treatment and released.
The Columbus Dispatch reports that Ryan Parsley was wanted for assault and theft, and was fleeing from men with badges when the crash happened.
