A grand jury on Wednesday indicted a man accused in the rape and murder of teenage girl morethan 17 years ago.
Jessica Lyn Keen disappeared from a bus stop on March 15, 1991. The 15-year-old’s body was foundtwo days later in a Madison County graveyard.

On Wednesday, a Madison County grand jury indicted Marvin Lee Smith Jr. on charges ofkidnapping, rape and aggravated murder, 10TV News reported.
Smith, 51, was arrested last month in North Carolina on unrelated charges.
Authorities said DNA testing linked Smith to Keen’s murder and he was later extradited to Ohio,10TV News reported.
Smith was scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges on Friday.
