A man accused of using his keys to strike children inside a Walmart store said Thursday he wassorry.
Ralph Conone was released from the Franklin County Jail earlier this week and spoke to 10TV Newson Thursday, but did want to go on camera.
Conone, 68, was charged with assault, 10TV News reported.

Prosecutors said that Conone punched at least four children at Walmart, located at 2700 BethelRd., on the city's northwest side.
According to police, Conone took a key and struck it between his fingers, and then made a fistas he struck the children.
Conone said he is sorry for what happened and said he has mental health issues, 10TV's AndyHirsch reported.
"I don't know what happened," Conone said. "I just snapped, I guess."
He also said he will not do anything else to get him into trouble again.
