COLUMBUS -- The department store chain Macy's is expecting to create 410 full-time positions in Columbus. It's part of a new project that received the green light for a job creation tax credit on Monday.
Ohio Governor John Kasich's office says the project will pump more than $13 million in new annual payroll into central Ohio.
Macy's hasn't released details on the project. But you can find a list of current openings here.
Kasich's office also announced the approval of a job creation tax credit for Stonecrop Technologies in Grove City. That project will create 50 full-time positions and more than $2 million in new annual payroll. According to the governor's office, Stonecrop Technologies provides network installation, operational support, maintenance, repair and training services.
The governor's office says a series of new projects will create more than $119 million in new investments across Ohio.
