Spin for Camp Bridgeway is an all day fitness event were you can work out with Shelley Meyer.
10TV's Karina Nova met with the folks from Bridgeway Academy for a quick workout and to learn how this will help kids with autism stay active this summer.
Spin for Camp Bridgeway is Sunday, March 5, at the Lifetime Fitness on Henderson Road.
Registration is $30 for the first class and $15 for each additional class.
Shelley Meyer's 2:00 p.m. class costs $40.
