COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was hospitalized after an SUV crashed into a Dollar General near Hilliard on Friday.
The crash happened at the store located at 3150 Hilliard Rome Road sometime before 4 p.m.
Columbus Fire Battalion Chief Jeffrey Geitter said one person was taken to Doctors West Hospital. Their condition is not known at this time. It’s unclear whether the injured person was the driver or anyone inside the store.
Details on what led to the crash were not immediately available.
Pictures submitted to 10TV by a viewer show that shelves and items inside the front of the store were knocked down.
