COLUMBUS, Ohio – S.R. 104 is back open after a shooting left the westbound lanes of the highway closed for a few hours Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, a woman was traveling westbound on S.R. 104 when a man fired multiple gunshots from another vehicle at around 4:00 p.m.
The woman was shot in her upper body. She was taken to Grant Medical Center in stable condition.
S.R. 104 was closed between westbound U.S. 33 and Alum Creek Drive while police investigated the shooting.
The highway has since reopened.
