COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was seriously injured during a shooting in the South Linden neighborhood Wednesday night.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, officers were dispatched to Hiawatha Park Drive and Clinton Street around 9:25 p.m.
One person was found suffering from a gunshot wound and taken to Grant Medical Center in critical but "stable" condition.
Sgt. Joe Albert said the victim was shot in the back of a possibly vacant property. Police are still working on identifying a suspect.
No other details were immediately available.
