COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was injured during a shooting in the Short North Wednesday evening, police said.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the 1100 block of North High Street, located on the northern end of the Short North, on a report of a shooting just before 5:40 p.m.
One person was transported to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in critical condition. They were later said to be stable.
Police said there is no suspect information at this time. It's unclear what led up to the shooting.
