ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A search for two possible juveniles at North Fork Paint Creek has been called off, according to the Ross County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff George Lavender Jr. said his office received reports Sunday of two people attempting to cross the creek. Witnesses told deputies they were not sure whether they made it across.
After rescue teams searched the area, Lavender said nothing was found. The sheriff also said the office has not received any missing person reports.
