Police: 3 injured in north Columbus crash

It is unclear what led up to the crash, which occurred just before 1 a.m. Saturday.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Three people are injured after a two-vehicle crash in north Columbus early Saturday morning, police said.

Around 12:55 a.m., officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the intersection of Karl and Morse roads on a report of a crash.

Police said the driver of an Audi S5 was traveling northbound on Karl Road at Morse Road. At the same time, the driver of a Dodge Caliber was traveling westbound on Morse at Karl, when the vehicles crashed.

The driver of the S5 and the passenger of the Caliber were taken to nearby hospitals with serious injuries. Police described their conditions as stable. 

The driver of the Caliber was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. 

The crash remains under investigation.
