COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two people were injured during a shooting on the city's east side Saturday night, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Officers were called to a Speedway gas station in the 6400 block of East Broad Street around 9:30 p.m. on a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.
First responders transported them to Mount Carmel East in critical condition. A dispatcher for the city's public safety department told 10TV a second victim transported themselves to the hospital, but was unable to provide a condition.
No information on a suspect was immediately available. It is unclear what led up to the shooting.
