Police: 1 injured in north Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person is injured after a shooting on the city's north side Saturday night, according to the Columbus Division of Police.

Officers were called to the 6200 block of Sunderland Drive, in the Devonshire neighborhood, just before 10:45 p.m. on a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound to the face.

They were taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition and later upgraded. Police say the victim is expected to survive.

It is unclear what led up to the shooting. Police describe the suspects as three males.
