COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was seriously hurt in a shooting in south Columbus Wednesday afternoon, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Officers were called to the 400 block of East Morrill Avenue just after 2 p.m. for a reported shooting.
The person, described by police as female, was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Police believe the victim will survive.
It's unclear what led to the shooting. No information on a suspect has been released.
