COLUMBUS, Ohio — A pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle in southwest Columbus Tuesday night.
Police said the pedestrian was struck in the area of West Mound Street and South Cypress Avenue around 10:40 p.m.
The victim was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, according to police.
Police have shut down the area of West Mound Street and South Cypress Avenue.
