COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened on West Rich Street Sunday evening.
According to Columbus police, the shooting happened in the 1400 block of West Rich Street shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday.
Officers arrived and found 17-year-old Daimar Bowden shot.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
After further investigation, police said there was an altercation between Bowden and 18-year-old Ahmere Little, who left the scene.
Officers arrested Little not far from where the shooting happened.
Little is charged with murder.
