An Ohio woman with a memorable face tattoo has been arrested for the third time in six months.
According to WJW, 27-year-old Alyssa Zebrasky was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge out of Mahoning County on Tuesday.
Zebrasky was arrested back in December 2018 after police said she was caught shoplifting at a Walmart and police found drugs on her in Mahoning County.
WJW reports Zebrasky was arrested for obstructing official business following a police chase in Mahoning County in November 2018.
