NEWARK, Ohio - A Newark man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of rape involving children.
According to the Newark Division of Police, 42-year-old Andy Hart was arrested on Wednesday.
Newark detectives, along with the Licking County Children Services, conducted an investigation of sexual assault involving Hart.
According to police, the investigation led detectives to three victims all under the age of 10.
In an interview with police, Hart admitted to sexually assaulting at least three children.
Police said the investigation continues as detectives believe there may be other victims.
