COLUMBUS, Ohio — A motorcyclist is seriously injured after being hit head-on in the Short North Arts District early Sunday morning.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, the crash happened around 3:05 a.m. on North High Street, near the East Prescott Street intersection.
A Harley-Davidson Street Glide was traveling southbound on North High Street when a BMW M3 heading in the opposite direction went left of center and struck the motorcycle head-on, police say.
The motorcyclist was taken to The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center in critical condition.
The BMW driver was not injured in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
