LICKING COUNTY, Ohio — A motorcyclist is dead after a crash involving a box truck in Licking County on Wednesday.
According to the Licking County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to the intersection of Columbus Road and Silver Street near Granville around 1 p.m. for a report of a crash.
The motorcyclist, identified as 60-year-old Jeffrey Hurl, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff's office did not say if the truck driver suffered any injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
